The dynamic of a three-person playdate can be very different in any case, and with twins, it's possible that the host kid is the one left out. And the last sentence is key -- either the inviting parent will say no to the twin (awkward) or they'll say yes, but if there are any problems on the playdate, they'll just never invite your kids again. Your kids are old enough to understand that they don't have to do everything together, and to develop their own friendships.[/quote]
