When you're young, even a young adult, you think your parents are the absolute experts in their field of expertise. For some people, it's hard to let go of that. You seem to think your dad's opinion is always the right opinion. Maybe it's not. Maybe your girlfriend is getting advice from other people as well. [/quote]
