—teacher tries to bring everyone’s attention back to the story/song/lesson. Late kid needs to be caught up on story/song/lesson that they missed.
—kid who showed up on time suddenly realizes they miss mom and start crying that they want to go home.

Disruptions happen, no doubt, it wouldn’t be preschool or daycare without them. But when one or more families is chronically late it truly does mess up the rhythm of the day.[/quote]
