Seems to me you should ask the school to put out cones and send an email if they want parents coming from both directions to use the same entrance, not venting here. Otherwise people will just think they are merging into the line.
??? How do you see a long line looping down the street in one direction and figure that you do not need to get in that line and instead can just jump into it half way? It does not matter at all that you came from a different direction - you can turn left at the end of the line just as well as turning left where you jump the line.
Is it going to kill you to wait 5 additional seconds? Be kind, model kindness to your children.
I do that’s why I don’t do entitled things like cut the line.
It's not cutting the line, it's called merging. If you're this worked up about a kiss and ride line, I think you need some help, LOL!
NP. It’s not really merging when the school has stated no left turns ….
The school cannot require that parents execute a moving traffic violation by doing an illegal Uturn in the middle of a atreet in a school zone instead of makimg a legal merging left turn into q parking lot. What the school is demanding is not legal. Is fcps going to pay for the tickets for those who get caught or cause an accident doing an illegal U turn?
Turn around in the Chesterbrook pool parking lot. Problem solved.
