She never told me she felt like i was excluding her, but apparently that was the case. Worse, I got the impression that she thought it could have been racially motivated, which i felt REALLY badly about because not only was I not trying to exclude her I certainly wasn't basing it on her race.

My feelings of guilt were somewhat mitigated by the way she left. She refused to give me any information about the contracts or contractors in our department despite making me the GTM/COTR for them and literally dumped three laptops that needed to be accounted for or sent for destruction (that no one could figure out where they belonged) right on the top of my desk as she walked out the door.[/quote]
