In general, 7th grade is MUCH better -- in part it is probably because DC has adjusted, but also 1. homework amount and nature seems MUCH more reasonable (what it should be, really), and teachers are understanding of the kid's issues, are willing to work with him etc. In general I found the school very supportive, although we do need to occasionally remind them of some of the plan's stipulations.
