We had been out late the night before watching the Giants on Monday Night Football. We hadn’t been watching TV and our neighbor across the street shouted at us that a plane had hit the WTC. Went back in and turned it on, saw everything, and there were reports of a bomb at the State Department which was a couple blocks from my DH’s office. That’s when we decided to stay home. [/quote]
