This is not only about abortion. What if your daughter or son unknowingly drives someone to an appointment? In Texas, anyone now has the right to collect a bounty on you.

This law opens the door to a whole lot more. Ladies there will be no more birth control soon. No, I am not overreacting. They have already packed the courts with cases.

The Supreme Court's decision to not intervene in the Texas abortion ban last night risks the health of countless women.

In the process, it also jeopardizes the doctrine of incorporation.

That's the doctrine that applies the Bill of Rights to the States.

Also, who the H sends their kid to college in a state where the Governor and AG are literally trying to kill thier subjects.
