You clearly don’t live in DC or do not have/never had kids in DCPS at PK age. DC does NOT have a universal pk program. They have actually far from it, ESPECIALLY for PK3, which is exceedingly limited. It’s a golden ticket to get pk seats where you don’t have a sibling already in[/quote]
