It transfers chemicals to food when hot and just looks/feels not amazing. I would not entertain anyone with it. I'd rather use stoneware. [/quote] During the pandemic I began using my Villeroy & Boch china just for something "new." I put it in the dishwasher and it is very durable. I use my silver ware on the weekends, but I am thinking of using it daily. I had all these pretty things not being used. [/quote]
