That is not what matters most - if the victim in the Whitman Crew team's parents are the Deputy Attorney General for Maryland and a Circuit Court Judge, yeah they're going to wield a lot more influence over parents who are a School Bus Driver and Clerk.

True in one sense but if they go far out of bounds for sentences from a previous case it will be appealed and tossed. So there is that.

Also the crew coach might hire Kavanaugh’s lawyer (can’t pull the name right now) and there might be no conviction. He said/she said. There better be physical evidence [/quote]
