I’ll never feelings are stories we tell ourselves about our feelings. Instead of feeling despair, or tiredness just as it is, a wave of energy, emotion in our body - we create narratives and think oh this must mean I’ll never feel well, or oh this feeling must mean I’m doomed or can’t do it. So we must try to really connect into our bodies and feel the feelings in their original state - maybe tightness, or a ball of some sort, or pain - all sorts of ways our body communicates what we have stored inside and can then bring our attention to what our experiences are bringing us closer to.

Everything is here to help you.

Things will fall into place perfectly, but when we try to fit it together, or live in a future if only/when, then we miss our chance to be here now. Now is the only thing that is real and the only place where we can find solace and feel life. The other thing is we live in a universe of infinite potentials and it is best to approach what we want as feelings and limitless - what would it be like to experience financial abundance? What are the infinite possibilities of bringing deep connection into my life? Ask. And what is blocking you from what you want will come to light, and you can move through it, and on and upward.
