Here we go again. The lowly have come out from under their rocks from the dark depths of the underbelly of DC area society...to enlighten the rest of us with their vocabulary and impress us with their polish.

People can do whatever the heck they want of course, but the OP asked if it was tacky and IT IS. Maybe it offends some because they did or would do the same exact thing -- have a party for themselves just so they could mooch off others and get freebie gifts. Sorry but thats what it looks like to many because that's precisely the motivation. That's why it's so tacky![/quote]
