Pro-business is fine.  He's just a liar.  He will campaigned relentlessly for new developments, and when residence complain that there's no infrastructure in place for parking for example, he will deny being for that new development.[/quote]

There is already plenty of parking in Bethesda. It just might not be free and immediately in front of your destination. There does not need to be more parking in Bethesda.

However, the County Council does not have authority over individual new developments, so he's not lying.[/quote]
