As a parent of a child under 12, I'm not looking for him to "save me".  I am looking to protect him and save [i]him[/i] from the a$$hats who refuse to get vaccinated by choice.  Beyond that, I couldn't care less if they don't care enough to take care of themselves.[/quote]

Why the rush given that the risk is low for kids, and given that there are still unknowns in regard to the long-term effects of the vaccines? This article about long-term risks associated with mRNA vaccines is worth reading:
