But I now primarily go to restaurants where I know workers are paid benefits and healthcare. If you are so concerned about food service workers, I wonder why you don't feel the responsibility to seek these places out? But your post really highlights the big issue with tipping culture, which is making customers responsible for the income and well being of food service workers, instead of holding employers accountable for not paying their employees a living wage.[/quote]
