I think you can get this into the IEP in a positive way -- creating a behavior plan that you have to approve and that has certain consequences. He's 8.  Like I said when I posted, it COULD be some amount of greater maturity, but the right medication (which isn't perfect, but works better -- and it took more than a year of trial and error, and patience, to find it) also has made a difference.  Good luck![/quote]
