12,000 employees across 5 big districts = a HUGE minority of teachers in this area. They don’t speak for the vast majority of us that are fine with returning . They can resign their in person position and apply for the virtual option all of these counties are offering. [/quote]

Right. 12,000 is not a large number considering FCPS alone has something like 24,000.  How many of the 12,000 agree with every position FEA and other groups take?[/quote]
