Schools don't share this information with teachers.  I have no idea which of my students have medical or religious exemptions or medical conditions that prevent them from responding to a vaccine, unless the parent tells me directly.

Right now, covid vaccines are not on the list of required vaccines.  I imagine a change would require a change in law, which is of course doable.  But an individual public school couldn't go rogue and require it. [/quote]

Right, but as OP mentioned, this time you should be able to know who is likely vaccinated and who is not, based on whether they are wearing a mask. If you know or strongly suspect a student is not vaccinated, are you going to request that information? Are you going to enforce the mask policy on that student?[/quote]

All of APS will require a mask. Message coming soon. Open schools now families should be happy about this as your children will be in school for five days a week and they won’t have to stay home when Larla sitting at the next desk over gets Covid. This is per the CDC guidance about masking and definition of close contacts. [/quote]
