Exercise has to include an element of challenge. [/quote] No it doesn’t. Comments like these just convince overweight people not to bother. According to Lose it, I’m eating to lose 1/2 lb per week. I’ve been losing about 1 pound instead. It’s the random little walking and housework throughout the day that adds up. I’m nowhere close to 250 pounds. [/quote]
