The anti-frizz styling products did little to curtail my frizz so I tried a Brazilian blowout this summer on the advice of a friend. Wow. I can let my hair air dry, I can touch it, I don't fear humidity or rain. Is this how other people have been living all along? I know it's not what you asked, but this has been such a revelation for me, I wanted to share.
Can you recommend a salon? I've only done my keratin treatment every year when i went to Asia and now can't travel there anymore. Yearly Keratin was the only thing that ever worked on my frizz.
It's a salon from a Groupon so I'm a little hesitant to recommend, but honestly my hair turned out better than when I spent $350+ at a salon in Bethesda for keratin, which was way, way too strong for my hair. The Groupon salon is Kenny & BG's in Arlington (I call it the Kenny G salon which my friend doesn't find funny).
