That was a different person. Unvaccinated students should not affect vaccinated students from getting IPL. Their parents made their choice, if they get covid it ruins it for everyone![/quote]

What would that look like, under the idea that you have to have the same rule regardless of vaccination status?  A class gets exposed and no one quarantines?  Only quarantine for 5 days?  It only makes sense if you divide by vax status.
