Different teacher. Obviously she is, we all are. There are plenty of teachers in the system who don’t want to move toward equitable practices or actually ask themselves to challenge their own biases and how they show up in the classroom. They don’t want to diversify their curriculum; they think they’re being “forced” to teach a certain way. I mean look at that loser who spoke up and said he won’t use kids’ pronouns because of his religious beliefs. The system can only be upheld the way it is because a LOT of teachers prefer the status quo. [/quote]
