These volunteers are annoyed with you and frantically emailing the rest of the team to see who’s going to show for the game or if they have to forfeit. That's ridiculous. He volunteered to coach. His responsibility was to coach his team, not pawn it off on some other parent or get the game rescheduled so he could watch his kid swim.[/quote]
