You should care. The problem with the current situation is that they can decide to enforce it at any time and against anybody rather indiscriminately. Anyone who purchases marijuana - regardless of whether it was a straw transaction for a "coupon" - leaves themselves vulnerable to future Federal charges. This is not like speeding or jaywalking where they need to catch you in the act. They can bring indictments years into the future.[/quote]
