I guess if you’re in a sexual relationship with an employee and you act vindictive and abusive towards them, that’s counts as sexual harassment. Perhaps he was also non-sexually harassing the other female employees he wasn’t sleeping with, who knows. To let a star chef go when they were about to capitalize on his Top Chef win speaks to how bad it must have been, imo.[/quote]
