The AVMA has not given the green light for vet practices to open fully.  Actually, they have given little guidance at all since telling vets to close their offices to humans.  It is frustrating to us to have to deal with a lack of direction too.  [/quote]

How about using common sense?  You are annoying your customers.  Massage therapists, physical therapists, doctor's offices, dentists, etc. are all operating and working with humans with no incident.[/quote]

Vet here - Fact is we can get the job done without letting you in. Cannot do all of those other jobs without letting you in...Why do we need to rush to exposure when we are not certain which clients are vaccinated and which are not? How about THAT common sense?  Honestly a large portion of my clients WANT to keep it like this - they go run an errand while the pet is with me. We do a video call with the owner during the exam.

Hi there, Dr. Vet. I just want to voice my support for drop off appointments. I LOVE them. I find having to sit in the waiting room with my dog while other dogs and cats come in and out to be terribly stressful. [/quote]
