My son just left to buy a new tank, and filter for the healthy fish. That one is large and needs a shorter tank with larger footprint to swim. It's on the counter in laundry room next to sink with hose. Easy to clean and maintain all these years. We'll clean the old tank and accessories and leave on the hated friends porch, with a death announcement that Tina died.[/quote]

Don't bring up past transgressions no matter how much you hate your "friend". She will just trash it and wonder why you are so aggressive about something from 8 yrs ago. Just trash the tank, it's old and could leak or have bacteria bad for other fish if reused.[/quote]
