I listen to feed back (critiques) from both my kids and spouse. Ironically I made lamb meatballs last week and the feedback was that I over seasoned them. Guess what the critique was correct. Next time I will cut the seasoning. I let everyone have their opinions. They still eat the food (always edible). Sometimes it's enough to not use a recipe again. [/quote]
