We have unvaccinated kids. We do not see family or eat out. They are living their lives as normal and don’t care about the risk to us. They would not see us when they were not vaccinated so same rules apply.
Life is passing you by.
We also have unvaccinated kids and are avoiding any indoor dining or other activities with them, but we do visit (indoors and frequently) with my fully vaccinated parents, who live nearby. My children are 5 and 1. I don’t expect the 1yo to be eligible for vaccination until next year, at this rate. I’m not withholding hugs and interaction with their fully vaccinated grandparents for yet another year. My understanding has always been that fully vaccinated individuals are unlikely to spread covid (not impossible, I know), and my children have no serious medical issues that make them high risk.
