Thanks!  That is a strategy I have not tried.  I will definitely try that on Monday.

If someone comes on DCUM and says "I saw the weirdest thing on my commute home. There was this middle aged woman standing on this weird square of concrete they have under a bus stop sign (no idea why it's there), and when I pulled up and started gesturing for her to walk into the straight she started dancing like a robot.
