I don't need to risk missing the bus so that people who are too dumb to understand a bus stop can follow a low that only exists in their heads. [/quote] The law says that if you hit a pedestrian, you're at fault unless you can prove that they acted really strangely. And even if they are legally fine, they still need to deal with the fact that they killed someone. Nobody is going to take that risk. I will slow down if not stop completely for a pedestrian hanging out on the curb every time. [/quote]
