I have to agree with this.  I'm a homeowner and a PE.  Can't imagine why you'd need one for this issue, and half of what's posted is either not effective or practical.  (The Bithuthene membrane works, but is not practical for an existing house as a PP pointed out, unless you can easily expose the foundation--not likely)[/quote]
