A year of a 12yo’s life is 8% of the time they’ve been alive. The contract is one way, from the club to the player. It contains no provisions in exchange that MUST be provided, practices and sometimes coaches change, it’s for those reasons that it’s ridiculous to expect someone to stay in a situation where it could be better for their kid. Take the better team for the right reasons (better fit/training/commute) not winning or “higher team” and be happy about it.[/quote]
