The cervix, once significantly dilated, remains more open and slightly different shaped than one that has never given birth. Now they can't specifically tell if you had an abortion vs vaginal birth vs another cervical procedure requiring signifiant dilation...or if you had a chemical abortion, the where cervix isn't dilated.
