But this is very different than your OP. You OP made it seem like this was a long-standing friendship. You are escaping an unhappy marriage by playing around on the internet and bonding with men you find there. Given these new revelations, it's also highly likely that the common beliefs you think you share are just his tactics to get you to sleep with him. Leve this man and internet distractions alone. Work on yourself, maybe get therapy, decide if you want to stay in your marriage or not. Don't involve yourself in an affair emotional or otherwise, that is likely to bring more drama and pain to your life.
