[/quote] +1 Find someone in your neighborhood who only wants an afternoon nanny for school pick ups and after school care. You can hire her for the mornings for the housekeeper stuff. There are definitely people who have housekeepers like this--some are former nannies who transitioned to this type of housekeeping work as the kids got older.[/quote]
