[/quote] You are not expected to give them everything ask If the prices are over the top. Find something similar of a cheaper make. That is what my friend discovered in her wedding. Or give them what they are, except in smaller quantities. I still remember the lady that told me that there was a wedding where the wedding gift literally was one knife or a fork, because the couple had registered for such an expensive silverware set.
