Early this year in U9, our parents were yelling to a ref that a kid was crying after a hard fall. Ref comes over and sends her off sobbing- the other coach got furious yelling at us, yelling at the ref, yelling at our coach. It’s U9 and a kid is balling, just pull them. Save the macho though act for high school or college (except then, coaches know enough to pull an obviously injured player[/quote]

Especially when there's unlimited subbing! Just take them off and put them back on again if you need to. To me this is coaching at its worst. Get your ego out of the way, coach.[/quote]
