The County is also constrained by the cost of land/lack of land. Arlington is literally the smallest self-governing County in the US (did you know that?) and we have a lot of Federal land which makes us even smaller. I know that this comment makes certain people shout “NIMBY,” but that doesn’t mean it’s not true. [/quote]
