I personally know several who do. An Israeli friend of mine carries a Glock 18. (search “Glock 18” and you’ll understand why that’s such an unusual thing here in America). No permit, no carry license, nothing. His immunity covers him. State Dept DS knows about it, they allow it because he’s credentialed.
