What do you think?
In all seriousness, I think that you, as an immigrant and/or international applicant, need to learn more about US employment and culture, where success is not restricted to graduates of "the top 10 universities."
A bit rich (and xenophobic?) to assume OP is an immigrant and/or international.
Not xenophobic, simply obvious. The title refers to "USA" which is a more commonly used term by non-Americans. Americans would either say US or, more likely, not even include "in the US" at all, but leave the title at "What are the top 10 universities?"
DCUM goes international! HYPSM are the undisputed top 5 in the country. After that, it's some combination of Columbia, Caltech, Chicago, Duke, Northwestern, Johns Hopkins, and UPenn. You could even then add the rest of the Ivy League (Brown, Cornelll, Dartmouth) to round it out nicely to a "top 15".
