The chatter is some ECNL players are being dropped to Red. They will have till Arlington makes their official invites for the rest of the age group(excluding ECNL) but anyone pushed down is pressured to commit before the official announcement. They have a ton of interest and want to get outside players in. Also GA, White and Blue are in Covid lockdown. So I do not know how that will work for tryouts at other clubs but I image it will make it hard for any Arlington player caught by surprise. [/quote]

The culture at Arlington is excellent for the academy teams.  Rosters are a reasonable size, players are selected on merit, all players get playing time (not equal, but reasonable), coaching is very good, and politics are minimal compared to other places we have been.[/quote]
