Outside of this country we run soccer without these bloated festered budgets you guys have…. And guess what!?!?! We create world stars. My youth coaches only got help with gas money and little stipend. It’s the love and passion for the game.

Travel coaches in the DMV were volunteer for a good part of my youth.  They were not paid.  ^^ just like this guy says.
