I certainly think that convicted criminals and their cases should be reviewed and that there are some who can be released. It shouldn't be politically motivated, and nothing about how those victims were treated in that original violent crime suggests that any of those perpetrators should have been released. How utterly tragic for his most recent innocent victim.[/quote]
