I mean I empathize because my DH does not handle the morning routine well either (our kids are the same age) but he goes to work early and then does the afternoon pickup.  With both of you commuting your DH needs to assume responsibility for one or the other.  You'll come to resent him otherwise and burnout.[/quote]
