Many of the language immersion programs have a lottery due to demand. You normally have to apply in Kindergarten for first grade. I know that it is rare for the Japanese program at Fox Mill to allow non-native Japanese to join in second grade. You should contact your school if you have a first grader that you want considered for second grade, there might be a process.[/quote]
