It will be an incredible house to have parties, raise our kids (we have a few now, but would like at least 4-6).  It is an old house, so it has a lot of historic charm.  I think it will great to live there and I'm sure we'll be happy to move to a NYC apartment after it.  And I consider the house warm (hardwood floors and great historic charm throughout).
