If it isn't, how do you explain that the "best" teachers, i.e., the ones that are paid the most, all work at public schools. Signed, Someone who is sending their kid to a Charter because I think that is the absolute best place for her to be at this point, even though it is the "worst" by your definition - cheap for parents and low-paid teachers.[/quote]
