Exactly. I know they accept OOB families, I was one of them too ;-)

And to the other PP although DCPS does decide, admin is allowed to appeal, the fact that they didn’t says a lot. I understand they do have more self contained classrooms that normal but I promise not all the classrooms are matched. I know this because when a class shuts down I alway go way over the cap, it’s not fair to my families or any students.

Alas, hopefully DCPS can get their act together and establish a proper feeder. As well as build schools to have EXTRA space so they have plenty of room to grow. It’s insane how overcrowded some our schools can become, mine included. [/quote]
